LEASING EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Advance Diploma / Professional Qualification / Degree in relevant field eg Business Studies/Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Property Development and Real Estate
  • Minimum 1 – 2 year(s) experience in working as a Leasing Executive or equivalent position preferably in a Retail Mall / Shopping Complex
  • Involvement in planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a Retail Mall / Shopping Complex
  • Good and effective negotiation skills with the ability to source and close business deals
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English and BM (written & spoken)
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to start work immediately is an advantage

ADVERTISING & PROMOTION (A&P) SALES EXECUTIVE

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Advance Diploma / Professional Qualification / Degree in relevant field eg Business Studies/Administration, Sales and Marketing.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 year(s) experience in working as a Sales and Marketing or equivalent position.
  • Liaise with tenants and external organizers to coordinate and promote on promotional space.
  • To market and manage advertising and promotion space.
  • Analyzing sales possibility and broad networking and contacts.
  • Good command of English and BM (written & spoken)
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work on weekend and when required.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT

Requirement:

  • Minimum LCCI Accounting Diploma or its equivalent.
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent would be added advantage.
  • At least 3 years of working experience.
  • Well versed in Computerized Accounting, Microsoft Words & Excel.
  • Responsible, willing to learn and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Able to multi-task with positive attitude.
  • Able to start work immediately is an advantage.

PLUMBER

Requirement:

  • Minimum at least Secondary/SPM or Professional Certificate in related field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience.
  • .Required skill(s): Plumbing & general works
  • Preferable Non-Executive specialized in Maintenance (Facilities or equivalent)
  • Capacity to work in shifts.
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a team
