Diploma / Advance Diploma / Professional Qualification / Degree in relevant field eg Business Studies/Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Property Development and Real Estate
Minimum 1 – 2 year(s) experience in working as a Leasing Executive or equivalent position preferably in a Retail Mall / Shopping Complex
Involvement in planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a Retail Mall / Shopping Complex
Good and effective negotiation skills with the ability to source and close business deals
Computer literate – Microsoft Office
Good command of English and BM (written & spoken)
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to start work immediately is an advantage

Diploma / Advance Diploma / Professional Qualification / Degree in relevant field eg Business Studies/Administration, Sales and Marketing.
Minimum 1 – 2 year(s) experience in working as a Sales and Marketing or equivalent position.
Liaise with tenants and external organizers to coordinate and promote on promotional space.
To market and manage advertising and promotion space.
Analyzing sales possibility and broad networking and contacts.
Good command of English and BM (written & spoken)
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to work on weekend and when required.

Minimum LCCI Accounting Diploma or its equivalent.
Degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent would be added advantage.
At least 3 years of working experience.
Well versed in Computerized Accounting, Microsoft Words & Excel.
Responsible, willing to learn and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Able to multi-task with positive attitude.
Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
